Mexican Corn Dip


Mexican Corn Dip made with Geaux Creole Dust & Seasoning
2 cans (11 oz) Mexican-style corn, drained

1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles, drained

3 whole green onions, chopped

2 whole jalapenos, chopped (without seeds)

8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

2-3 tbsp Geaux Creole Dust

Geaux Creole Seasoning to taste
Mix all ingredients. Chill before serving (if desired). Sprinkle Geaux Creole seasoning on top.
